How You Can Take Control of Your Mind and Your Life and of the Programs Running it, 
Easily and Once and For All


Life, like in the Matrix movies, is a really complex operating software with lots of programs, creating the illusion of reality (when the “real world” is, unlike in the movie, just consciousness and energy).

Your habits and experiences that repeat themselves are like PC programs that load automatically.

Where do these programs come from? From our environment, our experiences and from and other people.

Most of these programs are not part of the original software we were born with, but were created because of downloads of information from our environment throughout all our lives.

We love to download off the Internet, legally or otherwise: the latest tv show episode, new music, movies, software etc.

We are downloading and uploading all the time when online: to access this page your computer had to send (upload) the request for the page, and then receive (download) the page as data stream, and voila you're reading this article.

We are downloading and uploading all the time in life as well.

Whenever somebody is sharing their views, or any information with you, they're uploading new information in your database, in your mind, which can later become integrated in an existing program, or become a new program and way of being altogether.

New information however, especially if you are not a child anymore, doesn't become part of you automatically: it's up to your “firewalls, antiviruses and spam filters”, (your perception of what you hear or see, which in turn is shaped by your beliefs), often running in the background, without your conscious awareness, whether to accept the information or refuse it.

When you're watching, reading or experiencing something new you're downloading new information.

When you're repeating the same patterns, habits and doing things you've been doing for a long time you're using the same programs derived by old downloads of information, which are often obsolete and not updated or upgraded for a long time, and you're not learning anything new.

Upgrades are more and more frequent in computer software, why shouldn't the same thing be true for our habits and behaviours, especially if they are not useful anymore?

If you are upset about something and you automatically reach for a cigarette, for alcohol or for a bag of chips, you're going on autopilot, acting from programs derived from downloads of information (beliefs, feelings, events) that probably come from your childhood. Maybe you've seen one of your parents act this way when they were upset, or maybe you've associated food or alcohol with relaxation, or both.

Right now while you're reading this you're most likely in what is called a Beta state (for an explanation of brainwaves please go here) which means that you can reason, ponder and choose what to accept from this article and what to disregard.

When you were little however, you were in a Theta state most of the time; this is like browsing the Internet and downloading with very little or no protection, without a spam filter, a firewall or an antivirus.

When you were a child, once the info (the belief about life the world etc) was downloaded, it becomes part of your operating system without your conscious knowledge or consent, regardless of the content.

Wouldn't it be great if you could pull up task manager to see what is running in your mind?

And wouldn't it be nice to click a button and end a useless or damaging process?

You can start your own task manager by monitoring what thoughts are going on in your head, by looking at your life and asking what are your recurring patterns, and what you would like to change.

From there you can start finding the beliefs that are running in the background.

If you find yourself over and over again in abusive relationships one of the beliefs you may have is that “men are bastards” or “I am unworthy”.

If you find yourself in jobs you don't like doing over and over again you could be running the programs “work is supposed to be unpleasant” or “others can do fun jobs but not me”.

Whatever beliefs you have, they are downloads and part of your programming code,

and experiences and habits that validate them will show up in your matrix/life.

A habit can have 15 beliefs or hundreds of beliefs making it up.

Hundreds? This may seem one too many to tackle, but just as clicking the right button or deleting or writing one specific line in a program may delete the whole program, often you just need to find one or a handful of beliefs holding the others up.

How do you find them?

More importantly, once you find the key beliefs how do you delete them? 

Most of us have made the common experience of trying to change our habits and behaviours by exercising sheer will and of failing 99% of the time. 

It just doesn't work that way.

It's like telling a computer without a way to understand and execute vocal commands to delete a program and then getting angry and frustrated because it doesn't

If you want to close it you have to look for it and close it manually, or at least you have to install a voice recognition program.

There are a lot of great modalities out there to do that nowadays.

I practice Theta Healing, an easy and amazing modality I also teach, for the fast and lasting results it delivers, light years ahead of most modalities I have encountered.

Also, you might have thought that the feelings you experienced then were the definition for happiness, your reference point for it and that you can't ever be happier in your life than you were on that occasion or that you can never experience happiness differently.

Who has the purest definition, perspective and understanding of happiness you can imagine?

If you said God you're right!

Most people, including a lot of scientists, believe in God or a “Force” that created the Universe, whether they call it God, Goddess, Source, Creator, Absolute, Allah, Shiva, Krishna, Oneness, or by any other name.

More and more people are realizing, finally, that all Gods are one, whatever the religion or spirituality. The difference is one of affinity for one stream or the other, because all of them lead to the same Source. Therefore, from now on when I use the word God, I also intend to include all of His/Her other names

Also, more and more people are also realizing that God is us and we are God, without separation.

Before reading forward, please check within you what happiness feels like for you, what's your definition, perspective and understanding for you.

Also, what do you imagine is happiness for God? What do you think it feels like for God, and what about His/Her definition of happiness?

Do the same thing for Unconditional Love too.

Done? Read forward.

Surely, as hinted before, God, or the part of you that remembers it is One with God, has a higher and more pure definition, understanding and perspective of happiness than you do. Do you want to have that, know what that feels like, and that God's perspective, understanding and definition be the same as yours? Close your eyes and say Yes out loud now if you do, because in Theta Healing feelings can be download it from God, and they can be embedded in files, songs, documents, ready to be downloaded over and over again when somebody consciously agrees to having them.

Would you like to have God's perspective, understanding and definition of unconditional love now, without having to earn it, learn it or prove it, and that God's perspective, understanding and definition is the same as yours?

Would you like to know what unconditional love feels like, that you're worthy and deserving of it, that it's safe to have it, that you have it now?

How did the downloads feel like? Do you feel different than before? Beliefs create our reality, are formed by our perception of the world and the people in it and shape it and in so doing can cause health or disease.
If there are beliefs blocking the healing, the healing won't be instantaneous, but the beliefs can be cleared quickly and at a deep level, because as the name of the modality suggests a Theta wave is used both in the practitioner and the client

This is why the Theta Brainwave is important to healing:

Most of our beliefs are created when we are children, even though they can show up much later as disease, emotional problems, etc.
When we are children, up to at least 7 years of age we are in a Theta Brainwave most of the time
People meditate for hours sometimes to get to Theta, while most people above 7 years of age experience Theta just when they're sleeping and dreaming
The theta brainwave is used also in hypnosis, and that is why anything said to a child is literally downloaded into the subconscious
If you say to your child "you'll never amount to anything" this goes straight into their subconscious. (How they perceive it and whether the will accept it depends on their basic personality and on previous belief systems)
Every condition has a set of beliefs that keep it in place even if other factors like toxins or microbes are present, since why would you attract them in the first place?
Changing the beliefs = Heal
Healing is not limited to physical healing,
chronic anger is a sickness, poverty is a sickness, disconnection from Creator is one of the biggest ones
Working to change beliefs from a waking beta state is like trying to move a 10000 pound rock with one hand
You can work on beliefs from an alpha state, but my experience has shown that they can resurface after some time
The alpha wave is very soothing and relaxing, and takes away pain, but it's usually not deep enough to change the subconscious with a lasting effect
This is why hypnosis has such a great record when it comes to results, it puts you in a Theta state

There are lots of differences between Theta Healing and hypnosis though:
Theta Healing lets God come into the equation and doing so it's like plugging in a limitless power source that does the healing and the change of beliefs from a deep level.

Theta Healing is faster than hypnosis, it can literally takes seconds to get into Theta and change a belief

You can download feelings and Creator's Perspective, Understanding and Definition, which brings me to the third point

3) If you have never felt a feeling you can download it from Creator, and you can also download Creator's 
Perspective, Understanding and Definition of anything

There are some feelings you may never have experienced in your life, and most never in the true form, for they are distorted by our beliefs and perceptions.
For example, your idea of feeling happy may be spending a day with your family, while for somebody else may be spending a day alone.
Happiness for someone may mean a tv dinner and a movie, or a walk in nature.
But what is the pure definition of happiness? And what does it really feel like?
Who can have a purest perspective of anything than God? Downloading feelings and perspectives from Creator allows us to feel the happiness, the joy, or even subtler and more precise things like what it feels like to feel the approval and love of a mother.

Some feelings are sometimes needed in order to heal. For instance, one of the first things that are done in Theta Healing are standard downloads of feelings of unconditional love.
Unconditional love is the energy of the universe, and you would be blocking the healing if you didn't know what unconditional love feels like, that you know how to receive it and that you deserve it and you're worthy of it.
More specific downloads are personal to each person and to each condition.

4) Theta Healing and BodyTalk can tackle other variables contributing to the illness

Cancer because of a virus can be caused by belief systems that have allowed it the virus to be drawn to you in the first place and that have allowed your body to become vulnerable to it, but sometimes your body prefers you to work at a different, more physical level too.

This is where BodyTalk comes in. BodyTalk works with the Innate Wisdom of the body, which in my view is another way of saying our higher self or an aspect of our soul which is more directly connected to All That Is/Creator/God/Goddess/Source

The body when in balance is like a beautiful symphony, but if an organ is playing out of synch there can be dis-ease.

In the BodyTalk System there is a protocol, with things like microbes, toxins, organs, meridians and environmental.

With a neuromuscular feedback all the different factors like these are tested and linked together, to form an equation of factors that the brain and the rest of the body can readily understand and correct.

The detail to which BodyTalk can go is limited only by the knowledge of the practitioner. It differs greatly from Kinesiology for many reasons:

a) The testing is different and more subtle and much deeper;

In kinesiology the testing is to find out if the subconscious of the person believes a certain statement or not
In BodyTalk the testing is to find out what is needed to heal and in which priority they are needed, and the questions are asked to a deeper part of ourselves

b) As said above the detail depends only by the knowledge of the BodyTalk practitioner, the protocol and the possibilities are endless
Sometimes it's important to be specific to get quick and lasting results, sometimes Innate Wisdom wants you to be extra specific

For example, if the liver is the priority to be treated the detail can range from the cells of the liver to a specific duct, from one aspect of the consciousness of the liver, like organization, to an imbalance in the Chinese elements in the liver, like wood and fire

c) BodyTalk works with priorities
The order of treatment is important and it is something often overlooked in many therapies.
If you decide that you want to do a liver cleanse but your elimination system is not ready to receive the toxins coming from the liver you may have what is usually called a healing crisis. Better first to get prepared before dumping waste!
A healing crisis is not something unavoidable or necessary; most of the time it's just the result of not following the right order of treatment
In BodyTalk we ask the Innate Wisdom what the right priority is, and most of the time a session can be general and address other complaints of the client as well as or before addressing the major complaint, to get the environment of the body ready.

In Theta Healing, although we almost always work with a specific problem of the client, during a sessions we can ask God what to do, what to change, and what the cause of something is and we can quickly correct it.

Theta Healing can be used to treat different contributing factors too
There are ways to clear toxins, mold, viruses, and balance the heavy metals in the body

Sometimes spirits can be a factor, draining your energy like parasites
Did you know there are spirit attracted to people with particular addiction, like alcohol or drugs, because of the vibration they emit, and that these spirits can trasmit thoughts and vibrations to the person making it much more difficult to quit?

You also could have lost a fragment of your soul, a part of your essential energy, in a heated discussion or to a person you now miss constantly and this can make it more difficult if not impossible to heal as you should

5) Theta Healing and Bodytalk are really vast in their applications

Similar to reason 4, with Theta Healing there are so many different things that can be done, for instance, you can talk with our Guardian Angel, or your ancestors.
You can
use Theta Healing and BodyTalk to heal your pet or your plants, and you can use Theta Healing to clear and program objects with specific feelings.
It goes without saying that you can use especially Theta Healing to improve your spiritual life and to live better, and also to manifest what you want in life, for instance money or finding your soulmate.

Are there times where I want to take a nice detox tea as well as getting a session? Yes
Are there times when I prefer to take an ibuprofen pill instead of immediately digging for the cause? Yes, especially if there's no Theta Healer I can reach, since I find it more difficult to work on myself when in pain!
Do I like some Color Therapy, Aromatherapy, 
Reiki,
Quantum Touch or you name it? Yes, sometimes I like having a session of another therapy, they make me feel good and they fulfill a particular need.
It's great to fall asleep or relax while doing Reiki to yourself!
Would I entrust my health and healing to any other therapy other than Theta Healing and BodyTalk? Definitely No

                                  Healthy, Effective Communication and our Body


It's the era of Internet and we can talk in seconds with someone on the other side of the planet, but it's obvious that there's never been a time of deeper isolation than this one.


Real communication, real connections require the ability to speak and communicate clearly and effectively.

They need more though, what they need most of all is understanding with out hearts, and the willingness and the ability to put yourself in someone else's shoes and the courage to look at things from different angles and perspectives.


In doing so we can overcome our differences, in language, gender, background, and in every aspect of our lives.


To be able to achieve this, we often need to let go of painful memories, expectations and belief systems that filter and bias our view of the world and that can lead to misunderstandings, separation, conflicts and wars.


It is the same in our bodies, we mirror inside us the lack of communication and connection we have in the outside world.


Like the old adage: “As above so Below”.

We are a huge community of trillions of cells, far far more than the population on planet Earth.


In the same way some people have prejudices and resentments toward other countries, an organ can distrust another organ, and may avoid talking to it, not realizing that they both are parts of a body, where communication is required for survival.


For a healthy digestive system for example, the liver needs to exchange information with the pancreas, and to do so effectively it may be necessary to let go of the excessive anger stored, or of the worry we have around organization and planning.


Inside a country itself there are more often than not harsh divisions between North and South, my city and your city; in the same way this can happen inside the parts of out body, and the fragmentation of our being continues.


Remember: each part of our body to function well needs to communicate to every other part, every cell needs to communicate to every other cell of the body.


The more our cells are in harmony and health, the more we will be and this will reflect in our lives and in our world, with a positive chain effect that will add a piece to the harmony and well being of the world, a piece that we might consider small but that could well be the tipping point for a healthier planet Earth.


How can we achieve this?


       1) Love yourself.


May sound like trite advice, but love does have the power to melt anger and sadness, like the sun melts the snow.

Depending on the time and quantity of the snow, it may take some time, in the same way that up in the North a sunny day or two can't melt all the snow on the ground, but a month of sun does the trick.


The good news is that you can practice loving your body.


Try this exercise every day: it was inspired by something I've read on the book Personal Development for Smart People by Steve Pavlina, highly recommended.

Every morning and every evening take at least 3 minutes to sit quietly with your eyes closed.

Imagine yourself in your heart center, in your heart chakra, and send love to every part of your body; then imagine that each part of your body is sending love back to you.

According to how much time you have you can do a section of your body and an organ at a time or an inch of your body every minute.

Pretty soon, if not immediately, the imagination will turn into feeling, and you will feel love pouring out of your heart and pouring back into your heart and expanding your being.



    2) Get to know yourself and your body

Focus for a day or for a week on an organ, on an endocrine or on a body part, and learn something about it, how it works both from an Western medical perspective and from and Eastern medical perspective.

Focus on it as if it was a person to get to know though, with its likes and dislike, with its personality.


Experience it: Close your eyes, take some deep breaths and imagine becoming smaller, so that you're about the same size of the part you want to experience.

Imagine going into your body, and starting a conversation with the organ.


Greet it, and wait for the answer, or for flack of it.

You may hear it reply to you, you might see words or feel them or have a sense of them.

Whatever you get don't second guess it.

If you don't hear or see or feel anything ask yourself “If I were hearing something from it what would it be?”


Ask yourself: How does it greet you? If Is it friendly? Disgruntled? Does it answer at all?


What personality do you feel it has? Ask its likes and dislikes, what it believes about life, about the other parts of your body.


You're in for surprises and wonder!

Listen with your heart instead that with your head only; go into the heart space before talking to a part of your body, in order to listen and connect more fully.


Become friends with your organs.

If you want to experience it at a deeper level and if you feel it's appropriate at the time you may merge with it, but according to the issues, beliefs and emotion present for you or stored in an organ, this may even be emotionally overwhelming and not advisable. Use your own discernment.


You can get a lot of information and feelings just by talking to it and noticing how you feel. Do you feel defensive? Were you defensive before talking to your stomach or thymus? Are you feeling angry? Fearful? You may be mirroring your own body's issues, your own issues and this may give you lots of clues to the issues.

You may get images of events happened in the past, or stray thoughts that at first glance have nothing to do with the organ. Just notice everything, ask questions based on what you're getting, write everything down after the exercise.


Go deeper if you have time: imagine yourself getting even smaller and talk to different parts of the same organ, or even smaller and befriend individual cells, their organelles, or their atomic and subatomic particles!


               3) Clear the issues you find


Once you have an idea of what the problems are, it's time to clear them.


You can use tools that clear emotional problems and beliefs quickly, like EFT for instance.

Personally I prefer Theta Healing for its capacity to get to the root of a problem quickly and clear beliefs

It can also pull out the traumas and excessive emotions stored in our body, pull out toxins, and especially it can be used to download a higher perspective on situations and beliefs, and to download feelings, which means that if you haven't felt what something feels like in your life, like unconditional love for instance, you can download it in yourself from God/Creator/All That Is/ Source.


Work on what you find, but whichever system you are using, be sure to clear an issue completely before moving on, to avoid possible healing crisis, that in this case are the body's way of dealing with unfinished business.


You don't need to have cleared all your issues with your mother to be finished or you're gonna be clearing for a long time!

However you need to finish clearing the aspect of what you're treating, if it's abandonment for instance the fact that at one time your mother lost sight of you at the mall and how that made you feel and what that stirred in you, what emotions, what beliefs.


You know you're finished with something when you're not just peaceful about the whole issue, but when you're also feeling great and happy.

You are supposed to go past the “yes I don't feel any charge to the problem, I feel calm” to “The issue's gone and I feel great in a way I didn't think it was possible in such a short time!”


Sometimes the input of someone else is important too, so you might want to exchange or book sessions with someone, whatever method or therapy you're using, it can save time and effort.

Everyone of us has resigned to stress as our “inevitable, unwelcome companion”.
We accept it as the natural by-product of our daily lives in the modern world.

So what if we overreact and go into panic mode when a deadline is near?

So what if we freeze and want to ignore our marriage problems?
Everybody does it don't they? Yes.
This is normal isn't it? No.

We have a part in our brain the size of an almond, called the amygdala, that is responsible for our fight/flight mechanism since prehistoric times, when we had to decide whether to fight or run away from a tiger before us.

At that time the amygdala was working well, and after escaping from the tiger, in the evening we could sit around the campfire and laugh about it, because the amygdala had relaxed and reset itself.
Nowadays we have other stresses, and beside fight/flight we can and often choose a third option, more damaging to our bodies, freeze, and pretend the problems don't exist.

To make matters worse, our amygdalas are so bombarded by stress that have gone on all our lives without a chance to reset themselves so our bodies are wearing out, like a car with both the accelerator and the brakes down at the same time.

The stress is turned inwardly, and it damages us enormously, creating new health issues and worsening the ones we have.

Headaches get stronger and more frequent.


Backaches get more painful and cripple us for days.


Heartburn happens more often.
